We all are aware that future is unpredictable electrifying charge with latest new technologies and new opportunities, but for some the future doesn’t look dazzling, and we want to announce few things with all.

According to study by Oxford University, it is found that above 40% of current/present jobs will vanish in next few years with few of them being completely automated or at the minimum modernize to point where fraction of the personnel is needed. So this will heavily strike the way you plan for future as the environs is changing! In this blog We will explain you few jobs profile that will drastically change in upcoming era. If you are presently working in either of following industries it can be  a genius call to look for another alternatives. Do not say, We did not notify you!!

Although we cannot have a comprehensive list to it, there may be few profiles which we predict that have a high probability of getting vanished or modernized in next few years:

 Farmer:

 Nowadays most employers are more eager to directly credit salary in to accounts. You can get the money out using an ATM. You can directly deposit money or you need to directly deposit a cheque, then you can even do that using mobile now. If the teller exist as a endowment position of sorts, there won’t be that many.

Libraries were once the only source of knowledge for everyone who could not afford expensive or big budget books. Today, we can easily  Internet Research which  usually starts with Google and other search engines or other online database. When we can beam entire books into computer, laptop and tablets from anywhere, we won’t need that many people to help us get the information into our hands.

The Military is the most sensitive industry to innovation! It is the first one to grab it and implement or deploy it. If you go back in the time where wars were decided based on who holds the largest number of Soldiers, Today it’s a technology or Artificial Intelligence play. You no longer see people holding swords and riding horses into war, because that would be inefficient. Drones can hit a target more accurate than any human. There is still a need for human soldiers, but not as we know then. These are the special ops, the best of the best who are developed only when there is no other technology play.

Right after bill payments, taxes have gone digital. Most companies already opted to use technologies for streamlining the tax monitoring and collection process, instead of hiring new extra personnel.

With the ever raging technology and digitization, we would no longer be dependent on manpower for getting things done. We are already in a digital era and this is just going to spread like fire soon. Although we need human beings to create this technology, we are unknowingly making our future livelihood difficult by endangering our own jobs.
